General Data Protection Regulation Act - 25th May 2018

Bretton Woods International are working closely with their compliance team to ensure they are fully compliant for the General Data Protection Regulation Act, which takes effect on 25th May 2018.

What is the General Data Protection Regulation Act?  The General Data Protection Regulation Act controls how personal information is used by organisations, businesses and the government.  The information held must be relevant, accurate, secure, processed fairly and legally and used for a specific purpose, which the client is made aware of at all times.

Bretton Woods are taking this very seriously.  New procedures are being implemented internally and each member of staff has been made aware of their ongoing contribution to the safeguarding of our clients, colleagues and future contacts.
